Our Partners
Nexus Youth Services receives funding from a number of sources including the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, United Way Greater Toronto, Region of Peel, City of Mississauga, other levels of government, foundations, corporations and businesses, employee groups and individual donors.
Nexus Youth Services operates in strategic partnership with Peel Children’s Centre, which provides administrative, program development and operational support.
Where possible, Nexus Youth Services provides support and leadership to other agencies and groups working to engage youth, sharing successes and lessons learned from our youth engagement efforts to date. Nexus Youth Services currently works with the Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health to build the capacity of Children’s Mental Health organizations across Ontario to introduce and strengthen youth engagement practice.
Nexus Youth Services is committed to building strong and efficient relationships with fellow service-providers within the Peel region. It is our belief that by working collaboratively and cooperatively we will be able to better serve youth and the Peel community.
